This French onion style soup was sooo good!
I started with this canned French onion soup
and heated it with about 2 cups of this beef stock, btw this stock is really good
After I got those two simmering I added about 3/4 cup macaroni pasta
let this all simmer together for about 5-7 min
top with feta, black pepper and croutons
I could have definitely eaten 2 bowls of this, but the great thing about soup is that it's so filling you won't overeat!
That's a great way to "dress up" a can of soup. Good idea!

ReplyDeleteThat sounds so good! My favorite dishes are what we call "kitchen sink" recipes. Whatever is on hand at the time. It's soooo cold here today I could use a bowl of that soup!
